A good half of every treatment that probes at all deeply consists in the doctor’s examining himself... it is his own hurt that gives a measure of his power to heal. This, and nothing else, is the meaning of the Greek myth of the wounded physician.

My Personal Journey

Chiron, The Wounded Healer

Since a young age, I’ve always been fascinated by the nature of existence and the human condition, with a constant "But why?!" over everything. This curiosity led me to explore philosophy, religion, spirituality, and all things metaphysical. I also held a deep love and compassion for animals, people, and nature.

As I got older, my seemingly sensitive soul faced a lot of mental and emotional challenges. These struggles furthered my journey of understanding not only the outer world but also my inner world. I delved into various aspects of health for answers, in mind, body, and spirit. From nutrition to plant medicines to energy work and shamanism. This quest eventually led me to psychotherapy training, where Carl Jung’s work showed me the bridge and interconnectedness of spirit and science.

My lifelong fascination with exploring the human soul, combined with a deep sense of empathy and care for others, formed the foundation of my journey as a psychotherapist. Jung's idea of the 'wounded healer' deeply resonates with me, as it imbues suffering with profound meaning.
